covid-19 update

Due to the impact of Covid-19, we understand bookings will inevitably be affected. In the event of government restrictions forcing the event to be rescheduled, the client will ensure the band are notified of the new proposed date. If the band can make the date, a new contract reflecting the date change will be issued. We are committed to working with clients to provide the music for their event, and as such are offering a 100% refund if we are unable to provide music for a rescheduled date. If the client cancels the band or their event, any deposit is non-refundable.

All band members are regularly testing in order to protect each other and all our clients. The nature of dogBowl as a collective means it is easy for us to substitute a member if one tests positive and maintain our high standard of performance. If a band member tests positive less that 12hrs prior to the event, and a replacement member of the collective is unavailable, it is often in the best interest of the band, yourself, and your audience, for the band to make up for the missing member in energy, rather than recruiting someone brand new to the band. We ask for your understanding whilst this continues.
