Here, we outline how your data is used and stored in compliance with GDPR requirements.
If you reach out to us at dogBowl Productions using the online contact form, we collect your basic contact details including you name and email address. This is only accessible by core team of directors and producers, and is stored securely on a password-protected, encrypted email server. The only time this information will be used is to liaise with you about your event, e.g. planning a set list, organising payment & signing contracts. We will also contact you once after your event to give you an opportunity to provide feedback. If you would not like to be contacted by us after an enquiry, you can opt out by emailing michael@dogbowl.london. Any personal information included on contracts, including name, phone number, postal address, & email, is again stored on an encrypted, password-protected server. Passwords are regularly updated, and no paper records are kept. We will not share you information with any third party without written consent.

If you would like access to details of your data held by us, please make a request to michael@dogbowl.london. You will need to provide proof of ID when requesting, and we will provide it within 30 days of receiving the request. Subsequently, you are able to request we update or permanently delete your data.
