Our experience in running music at over 1000 events has meant we have unparalleled knowledge of the intricacies of putting on a live show. This means we are in a unique position to take care of all aspects of a show, including making promotional materials, musical direction, arranging & orchestration, sound engineering, & videography.

musical direction, arranging, & orchestration

We look after musical direction of a number of projects, specialising in getting songs out of the DAW and into the hands of live musicians. All aspects are considered, including part-writing, arrangement, orchestration, rehearsal, & technical requirements.
As part of a YouTube talent contest (7.7m views as of June '23), we produced a live band for one of the contestants, bambinobecky. We took the brief and created a bespoke lineup of artists to perform a one-off piece, filmed at Hackney Empire. We survived the red buzzers.
International events company Continental Drifts commissioned the London Brass All-Stars, a crack team of horn vanguards from the capital with £6.70 pints of lager coursing through their veins. Their crowning performance was as a 20-strong ensemble, performing in the official pageant celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

For BCO's Grime Orchestrated project, we manage bookings, provide musical direction, arrangements & orchestration, and produce their live show featuring a 16-piece orchestra & up to 8 MCs. They've performed at Wilderness Festival, Camp Bestival, & Hootananny Brixton in the short time they've been gigging.

The core dogBowl team release original music as dat Brass, along with their other 5 band members. Featuring bona fide turntablism mixed with contemporary jazz, all elements of the show are produced by dogBowl, including a comprehensive in-ear monitoring system.

We were commissioned by Universal Production Music to write, record, & produce an album of music for sync, featuring the heavy brass, percussion, electronics, & vocal samples audiences have come to know & love from the team. Lightwork is out now on RADAR, their label for the best new music.

Visuals are incredibly important for musical storytelling. Before anyone has heard your music, they are met with your visual identity. Using a mix of video, animation, original film, & archive footage, a truly unique brand can be built for you & your music. Recent projects include full music videos, 15 second Instagram advertisements, & 7 second looping Spotify canvases, as well as behind-the-scenes videography.

We own and run a portable 24-channel recording desk, capable of squeezing into the smallest of venues, along with an extensive microphone collection. Suitable for multi-tracking live shows, or when you cannot justify hiring AIR studios (AIR is lovely, but expensive).
​
Using the same system in tandem with a 1000W PA, we are able to run live sound for venues up to 200 people. This service can be included in any band package, giving you an affordable way to hire sound for your event.
